Film & Media

Writing music for film and media is my most recent endeavour.
It took a worldwide pandemic for this possibility to become visible and I can already tell it’s going to be a
very important part of my life.
So far I have done a broad range of projects from indie movies to podcast music. You can check some examples below. All the music examples were composed and produced by me.

Please don’t hesitate in contacting me if you need bespoke music for any sort of media content. I’m also currently undergoing a masters degree in music composition for film & TV at University of West London.

My entry for the BIFSC2024. Features a hybrid orchestral and electronic score. This style of game-like cinematic with CGI and possibly virtual production asks for Big Music. There’s multiple fast transitions, vigorous orchestral swipes and tense electronic undertones. This is music which would fit perfectly a game production.
My entry for the 2023 IFMC. In scoring competitions there’s usually pressure for music to be continuous and prominent essentially showcasing the music. This short film actually benefits from this especially in setting moods and enhancing transitions. Starts with an energetic and elegant string quartet accompanied by percussion made out of kitchenware (cutlery, glasses, plates, etc..) which fits with the scene keeping it modern and contemporary. The music then transitions to a darker and mysterious tone which adds a touch of suspense aiding the transition and cinematographic aesthetic that follows.
As part of my postgrad in film music I had to score this gorgeous trailer using synths.
As part of my UWL portfolio in film music I had to re-score this clip using orchestral music.
Part of my UWL portfolio in film music I had to score this clip using mainly synths and sound design.
This is my entry for the 2023 Berlin film scoring competition. It’s also my first animation score.
Another clip re-score for my UWL film music portfolio. It had to be orchestral and I went for an “old style” mysterious score reminiscent of Jerry Goldsmith or Bernard Hermann to match the style
A jazzy re-score I did for the 2023 UWL composers festival. Didn’t have much time and could have played a lot more with the film, but I think it’s worth showing my explorations with virtual jazz instruments
My entry for the Zurich 2022 film scoring competition. Also my first attempt at “circus” music.
My entry for the 2021 Westwood film scoring competition
My entry for the 2022 Score relief competition.
